People across the globe rely on AHTPL for life long trouble free  industrial machines. Most popular amongst all other machines are Nibbler machines. These machines are used to cut any metal sheet with less or no deformity. It is also an useful tool for cutting rubber, colour bond (corrugated iron) and plywood. 

We manufactured both manual and powered (electrical or compressed air)Nibbler machines. Most manual nibblers cuts in straight line, against a fixed die. Others shears along  two parallel tracks, rolling up the waste in the middle, spirally. There are others which are specially designed for left curves or right curves. Electrical Nibbler machine, on the other hand, works on 100-240 Volt power input. The motor speed is around 800 rpm. The minimum cutting radius is only 300 mm. It can easily cuts through 4mm metal sheet and 2.5mm steel sheet. 

For most nibblers, interchangeable die anvils are available in 1/4" increments from 1/2" to 2". Most electrical nibblers have fully oiled  knee joint mechanism for easy handling.  Some are provided with multiple stroke length varying from .07-.275".
